Filter type V & WM

The PAM Filter type V and WM is an automatic reverse-jet type of dust filter, designed to
handle known quantities of dust-laden air, and it is capable of continuous operation over
extended periods by virtue of the "reverse air" filter cleaning system employed. This system, which functions during the normal course of operation, not only serves to maintain optimum filtering efficiency at all times, but enables the filter to operate at a constant rating - in that
it maintains a uniform pressure drop across the filter.

The basis of the V and WM is a module comprising a group of filter elements mounted on a sealed frame. The elements are fitted side by side and the individual sealing arrangement effectively separates the dirt (inlet) side of the filter from the clean (outlet) side. Removal of the filter element is always carried out from the clean side of the filter.
 
The V and VM filter are availble in 24 sizes ranging from 3 m² to 60 m².

Coupling Type RK

Couplings type RK are as standard a galvanized construction which protects against corrosion.

Internally a rubber-liner tightens the pipe end and ensures that the coupling is tight even at high pressures.

The couplings are also available in stainless steel with an approved liner for foodstuffs.

Side Valve SP

PAM Slide Valve Type SP is a strongly manufactured valve which can be used for both isolation
and flow adjustment. The Slide Valve is constructed in mild steel with a 6 mm sliding plate and
a solid sealing. The spindel is made in stainless steel type AISI 304L.

As standard the valve is manually operated, however it is also available with electric or
pneumatic actuator.
The maximum operating temperature is 800 C. However, the valve is available up to 5000 C
in a special construction.

The Slide Valve is made with flange dimensions to make it fit onto the PAM Rotary Valve. The
flangers are 5 mm with reinforcement, which means that the PAM Rotary Valve can be mounted directly under the slide valve. The Slide valve is surface treated with a primer and a topcoat
with a minimum coat thickness of 100 um.

Two-way Distributor

The two-way distributor PV2 is intended to be used for pneumatic transport.

The distributor housing comprises one inlet part and one outlet part (brach pipe). The parts
are provided with flanges, partly for the assembling and partly for connecting the distributor
to the piping. On the outside of the housing, there are mounting lips for operating devices,
limit switches and also for bolting to bracket, if required.

The valve flap lies in glide bearings in the housing and is easily detachable, as the housing is
divisible. It comprises shaft, idle and loose, and flap sheet, rubber packings and bolts.

The two-way distributor PV2 can be supplied in four alternative designs

Compact Bender and Diverters

If you want to use "dense phase" conveying and the material has not got a tendency to
stick, you can use the PAM Compact Bends and PAM Diverters which are available in
2-way designs in order for the material to be send to various receiving places.

The advantages of PAM Compact Bends are the following
